Absolutely! We take the epoxy process seriously to ensure 100% food safe surfaces which means you can happily roll!
We would not advise putting them into the dishwasher. But feel free to rinse your tray and wipe it down.
Due to the nature of the epoxied surface, if you take a a slightly damp paper towel, you could wipe away most shmutz, keeping a clean glossy finish!
Obviously within reason you power rollers, we haven't tested one for thousands of rolls quite yet.
We wouldn't recommend it! We use filament that can handle some heat, but like most things, continuously leaving this in a hot car could result in tray warping.
